H\u00e1 um dito popular que prega: \u00e9 uma minoria animada que faz a maioria dan\u00e7ar, da\u00ed vem a regra de Pareto (Vilfredo Pareto 1848-1923) onde grande parte das coisas (80%) \u00e9 de responsabilidade de uma parte menor (20%), portanto 80% da criatividade e inova\u00e7\u00e3o podem vir de 20% dos funcion\u00e1rios, que constantemente v\u00e3o se renovando entre si em criar e inovar porque todos t\u00eam ideias e n\u00e3o existem ideias ruins, apenas as que atendem mais ou menos uma determinada situa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seguindo esse caminho podemos identificar nas empresas alguns tipos de comportamento nos funcion\u00e1rios:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>por vezes podem ser criativo-inovadores, demonstrando sua criatividade, onde experimentam o novo, veem as coisas sob um novo \u00e2ngulo, uma \u00f3tica diferente e descobrem novos caminhos;<\/li>\n<li>outras vezes s\u00e3o executores, quando implantam o planejado e garantem que as coisas aconte\u00e7am e funcionem como programado;<\/li>\n<li>e os dificultadores, inflex\u00edveis, bloqueiam os caminhos, n\u00e3o acreditam em melhorias, incr\u00e9dulos, descontentes o tempo todo, prometem fazer, mas n\u00e3o fazem, dizem que acreditam, mas boicotam as iniciativas e n\u00e3o aceitam os outros.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por\u00e9m, gra\u00e7as \u00e0 persist\u00eancia dos criativo-inovadores e dos executores as coisas acontecem, as metas s\u00e3o atingidas, a diferen\u00e7a \u00e9 feita e os resultados, com certeza aparecem.<br \/>\nVeja bem, os criativo-inovadores n\u00e3o s\u00e3o melhores que os executores ou vice-versa, ambos s\u00e3o fundamentais porque fazem acontecer nas ideias e na pr\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TEXTO COMPLEMENTAR<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>A REGRA 80\/20<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A Lei de Pareto (ou Princ\u00edpio 80\/20) diz que: 80% das consequ\u00eancias adv\u00eam de 20% das causas, ou seja, 80% das vendas podem vir de 20% dos vendedores, 80% da polui\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 causada por 20% da popula\u00e7\u00e3o.
