Os primeiros funcion\u00e1rios chegaram. Alimentaram o beb\u00ea e o levaram \u00e0 dire\u00e7\u00e3o para saber o que deveria ser feito com aquela crian\u00e7a. Ent\u00e3o foi criada uma Comiss\u00e3o de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o composta pelos chefes das diversas \u00e1reas da empresa e emitiu a seguinte comunica\u00e7\u00e3o interna:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De: DIRETORIA Para: COMISS\u00c3O: Acusamos o recebimento de um rec\u00e9m-nascido de origem desconhecida. Forme-se uma comiss\u00e3o para esclarecer:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Se o achado \u00e9 produto da casa;<\/li>\n<li>Se algum funcion\u00e1rio da casa est\u00e1 envolvido com o caso<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ap\u00f3s semanas de muitas investiga\u00e7\u00f5es e reuni\u00f5es, a Comiss\u00e3o concluiu que o beb\u00ea n\u00e3o podia ser da empresa pelos seguintes motivos:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Naquela empresa nunca foi feito nada com prazer ou com amor;<\/li>\n<li>Naquela empresa jamais duas pessoas colaboraram tanto entre si;<\/li>\n<li>Tamb\u00e9m nunca tinha sido feito nada que tivesse p\u00e9 nem cabe\u00e7a;<\/li>\n<li>E tamb\u00e9m jamais aconteceu de alguma coisa ficar pronta t\u00e3o rapidamente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apresentei esse \u201ccauso\u201d (de dom\u00ednio p\u00fablico) aos meus alunos com a seguinte quest\u00e3o para debaterem:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; \u201cSe um \u201cbeb\u00ea\u201d &#8211; que na vida real pode ser um produto ou desafio ou uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; fosse encontrado na porta da sua empresa, a conclus\u00e3o da &#8220;comiss\u00e3o&#8221; seria diferente?\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ap\u00f3s debaterem em grupos, disseram que: \u00e9 fundamental trabalhar com prazer, mesmo com todos os problemas do dia a dia, devemos procurar fazer o que gostamos que o resultado ser\u00e1 muito melhor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00e3o h\u00e1 necessidade de comiss\u00e3o, mas de trabalho em equipe, comprometidos com o relacionamento e com esse \u201cproduto\u201d ou \u201cdesafio\u201d se pode ser assim comparado, que deve ser cuidado com muito carinho e responsabilidade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Manter sempre um clima de trabalho saud\u00e1vel com qualidade de vida e seguran\u00e7a para que as coisas aconte\u00e7am de forma boa e sempre buscando fazer cada vez melhor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pense nisso !!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sa\u00fade no trabalho<\/strong>: equil\u00edbrio marcado pela busca de uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o gratificante com o trabalho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Prazer no Trabalho como:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> sentimento de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o, realiza\u00e7\u00e3o, orgulho, identifica\u00e7\u00e3o com um trabalho e uma empresa que atendem \u00e0s aspira\u00e7\u00f5es profissionais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Liberdade:<\/strong> sentimento de estar livre para pensar, organizar, falar sobre o trabalho e participar das solu\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Sobre o Autor:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Luiz Alberto Borcsik<\/strong>, Consultor, palestrante e professor em cursos de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o e p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o.
