Descobriram uma \u201cnova ordem mundial\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ah me poupem! N\u00e3o sou x nem y nem z!<\/p>\n<p>Sou todas juntas, como diz os corintianos Tudo junto misturado!<\/p>\n<p>Estou frequentemente indo a palestras sobre gera\u00e7\u00e3o Y&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Os temas s\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Como entender a gera\u00e7\u00e3o Y<\/li>\n<li>Como vender para gera\u00e7\u00e3o Y<\/li>\n<li>Como contratar e se relacionar com a gera\u00e7\u00e3o Y<\/li>\n<li>Como educar a gera\u00e7\u00e3o Y<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Que saco!<\/p>\n<p>E todos falando como se essas gera\u00e7\u00f5es estivessem chegado de alpha centauro!<\/p>\n<p>Gente n\u00e3o existe gera\u00e7\u00e3o X nem Y nem Z!<\/p>\n<p>Existem comportamentos que s\u00e3o mais caracter\u00edsticos nestas ou naquelas pessoas!<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0s vezes eu acordo X \u00e0s vezes acordo Y e as vezes acordo Z!<\/p>\n<p>Achar que as d\u00favidas, os sonhos as caracter\u00edsticas dos seres humanos mudam de gera\u00e7\u00e3o em gera\u00e7\u00e3o&#8230;rs&#8230; me poupe! Vai ler um pouco de mitologia grega, hindu, africana! Vamos encontrar em textos de mais de 6 mil anos relatando as mesmas \u201cdescobertas\u201d, as mesmas agruras, os mesmos ensinamentos que queremos, desejamos e objetivamos HOJE!<\/p>\n<p>Apenas o que mudam s\u00e3o os cen\u00e1rios&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Achar que gostar de tecnologia e querer crescer r\u00e1pido \u00e9 coisa de gera\u00e7\u00e3o Y, ent\u00e3o acho que Bill Gates deve ter sido um aborto da natureza que vingou! Ou TODAS caracter\u00edsticas da gera\u00e7\u00e3o Y n\u00e3o se encontram em BILL Gates?!<\/p>\n<p>Vou mais longe ainda&#8230;Santos Dumont!! O cara era um dos mais loucos que eu j\u00e1 conheci!<\/p>\n<p>Desde crian\u00e7a louco por novidades, n\u00e3o querendo trabalhar com caf\u00e9 como seu pai, mas sim inventar cosias que n\u00e3o existiam!! E uma das suas \u00faltimas foi o avi\u00e3o! Que saco! Outro que n\u00e3o sabia que deveria nascer um s\u00e9culo depois!<\/p>\n<p>Francisco de Assis Chateaubriand, Bar\u00e3o de Mau\u00e1, Cle\u00f3patra&#8230;ah chega n\u00e3o vou falar dos vision\u00e1rios que n\u00e3o queriam seguir regas e fizeram o futuro chegar por suas m\u00e3os!<\/p>\n<p>E o inverso?<\/p>\n<p>Quantos da gera\u00e7\u00e3o Y ou Z est\u00e3o agindo sem ambi\u00e7\u00e3o, agindo de modo quadrado, esperando um empreguinho em algum concurso p\u00fablico para ter um salarinho no final do m\u00eas?!,\u201dMas garantido, n\u00e9?!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Conhe\u00e7o uma molecada de 15, 16, 17 anos, que sonha em passar em algum concurso pra seguir a vida sem muitas novidades&#8230; E todos est\u00e3o plugados em seus mp12 xinguelingues!<\/p>\n<p>U\u00e9 mas esta gera\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 aquela que traz a mudan\u00e7a?!
