\u201cAvaliando a disponibilidade de dados de pesquisa sobre viol\u00eancia e ass\u00e9dio no mundo do trabalho\u201d)<a href=\"#_edn1\" name=\"_ednref1\">[i]<\/a>,<em> a<\/em> Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Internacional do Trabalho (OIT), em material publicado em 2023, refor\u00e7a um ponto cr\u00edtico para empresas e profissionais de RH e SST: a dificuldade de medir viol\u00eancia, ass\u00e9dio e riscos psicossociais no trabalho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O documento tem como objetivo principal <strong>avaliar a disponibilidade global de dados sobre viol\u00eancia e ass\u00e9dio
